Data differences after running deployment script

We are evaluating Data Compare for Oracle version 2.5.10.456.
As part of that process we have copied parts of a schema to a previously empty schema using the script generated by Data Compare. However, when running Data Compare afterwards a few rows in a few tables still come up as different (visual inspection indicates/reveals they are identical)
Deleting those row and moving over again shows the same behavior.
Schema Compare shows the tables as identical.
Is this a bug? Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,

I've been working on issues surrounding TIMESTAMP WITH LOCAL TIME ZONE and if the servers are in different timezones there may be an issue.
It does sound like a bug, we can carry on discussing it here or you can send an email to support@red-gate.com, which is probably better if you want to give us any confidential information.
