Source Control vs Compare

Does SQL SC3 include the SQL Compare features? I'm not sure I really need Source Control since we use Visual Studio and TFS to source control our database objects. Each object is already a "create" script. Does anyone know what I would gain by switching to SQL SC3 versus using SQL Compare as a stand alone product against TFS via Visual Source Safe? If I've missed the boat here please let me know this is the first time I've looked into this type of source control/deployment tool I currently use Sybase PowerDesigner to generate my scripts and "change" scripts and just keep each version under source control through TFS (not confident in the Visual Studio database project capabilities to generate change scripts, etc.

Thanks in advance for your time and advise,

James.
