Profiling ASP.NET WebApi

We have developed a web application using an ASP.NET WebApi.
The calls to this api include additional header information add to the calls.
It seems that when using profile, it does not pass the header information forward, so no calls are succeeding.

Is there any way to configure the header information being past through the profiler?
