Data Compare v11 is unresponsive

Hi guys,
I upgraded my corporate Redgate Compare to the v11, but my Redgate Data Compare is non-responsive to any command, either trying to run it stand-alone, or from within Redgate Compare 11, or from within SQL 2012 Management Studio. It does nothing, no error message is issued. I used this tool several times in the past. Somehow not allowed now. Please help. I can provide whatever further info might be needed. Thanks
