Backup Error: Database is offline

HI Guys,

There is an issue in our sqlbackup, There an backup issue that states that the database is offline and this results for the backup to fail. We have thoroughly but find out that the database is never offline. The server is running on version 7.3.2.12. Is there a bug on this version? What might be the possible cause for this?
