As announced in February 2014, 6th February 2015 marks the end of support for SQL HyperBac. Redgate's product support team will no longer monitor this forum or support these products.
This support forums remains as an archive of past support issues, and a place where any remaining SQL HyperBac users can support each other.
If you need to get hold of the installers, then these are at:
ftp://support.red-gate.com/patches/HyperBacComponents/11Oct2012/HyperBacComponents.zip
General product documentation is available at http://documentation.red-gate.com/display/RP/Retired+products+documentation
If you only need the utilities (also included in the full installation), for eg, to convert from HyperBac file formats to native SQL Server file formats, then these are at:
ftp://support.red-gate.com/patches/HyperBac_Components_Latest/HyperUtils/HyperUtils.zip
Documentation on the utilities is available at https://documentation.red-gate.com/display/RP/The+SQL+HyperBac+utilities
