Refresh env

Hello,

I need to do an refresh env automatic from a sql server 2000 to 3 other server(sql express 2005-2008).
The first server as an db with lot of table and 30 G, but i need only 5 table.


It is possible to do that with sql data compare? or other soft from redgate?
