Error-PendDelete returned an unexpected number of files

While trying to commit a table drop in SQl Source Control we are receiving the following message:
"PendDelete returned an unexpected number of files. Expected 1 actual 0"
After some more tries it can commit the change. It looks like a timeout issue.
It is the first time we are using SQL Source Control 3.
We have a TFS 2012 and on the client side Visual Studio 2012, SQL-Server 2012 Developer Edition and SQL Source Control 3.8.1.245
We don't have a problem on a machine with Visual Studio 2013 installed. But this is only a test installation and not internal approved for production.
Does anyone have an idea how to resolve the problem?
Many thanks!
Bye,
Andreas
