How to exclude satellite assembly from obfuscation

I use following process for globalization. Compile resx files into satellite assemblies (RESGEN, AL, copy into bin/culture/…)
Is there any option that Smart assembly not obfusticate name.culture-region.resx pattern files and not produce satellite assembly in output folder.
