We've released a final version of SQL Packager as a script packaging utility: http://download.red-gate.com/SQLPackager.exe
It's a command line tool that works with SQL Compare and SQL Data Compare to let you package database change scripts, and will therefore work with the latest version of SQL Server. You can activate it with a SQL Compare Pro, SQL Data Compare Pro or Automation Pack license.
