trial version does not work?

After the I hit "Compare now", a popout window showing "MySQL Compare - Success". When I hit "ok" button, the window disappeared but the comparison never showed up. It stayed with the edit project screen. I installed the trial version in 2 machines and the result is the same. Any idea?
On the same machine we installed Red Gate schema compare for oracle and it works fine.

The version is 1.0.0.425

    I'm not sure why this would be happening. When it returns to the 'Edit' project screen, is the RedGate.MySQL.Compare.Schema.UI.exe process showing any activity? Is the edit project screen responsive when it returns?

    You might also like to check the application logs, which can be enabled by 'right-clicking' on the main title bar in the UI and change the log levels to 'Verbose'. You can view the logs through the same context menu.

    I too am getting the same issue. I have bought the key as well. But still same issue.
