Cannot access resource

Hello there,

I am trying to restore a mssql 2008 database from another machine which creates backup every hour. now when i enter the ip(192.168.0.2) of the server i get cannot access resource. But I have a NAS device on my network with IP 192.168.0.8 and I am able to select this device but not my 192.168.0.2 which is a server 2008. My machines are not in domain they are in workgroup.
