Customize settings for disk space not working as expected.

Hi,

Have a monitored disk that has 71% of the free space used in it. I have configured the alert to trigger when the space used is 80%, but I still
get an alert about the 71%.

Any ideas?

Are you monitoring a virtual machine or a physical machine?

It's a virtual server.
