Create procedure failure from DDL trigger

We hit a snag with SQL Lighthouse.
User, while dropping and re-creating a stored procedure received this message:
Msg 3616, Level 16, State 2, Line 2
An error was raised during trigger execution. The batch has been aborted and the user transaction, if any, has been rolled back.
The only trigger would be the DDL trigger. Once it was removed, he was able to drop and re-create the proc.
Details:
SQL Server 2012 (11.0.3128)
SQL Lighthouse 1.6
Dashboard had reported drift the day before and an email was sent.
A new name for the state had not been given.
Today the attempt to change the proc was done repeatedly and shows in the dashboard.
No email was sent.

Thanks for your post. I believe the SQL Lighthouse Team responded to the support request you raised on this issue. For the benefit of visitors to the forum I just wanted to note what happened with this - we couldn't recreate the problem at this end and added more logging into the SQL Lighthouse trigger in order to dig into the issue. Unfortunately, the problem seemed go away once the new trigger was installed and procedure creation worked again. Is this still the case?
