Migration Scripts missing

I have generated several Migration Scripts using SQL Source Control and then when attempting to deploy new code to databases using SQL Compare 10.7 I find that it tells me
"2 - Review migration scripts > no migration scripts". Why is this? Do I have a svn log number problem with my database?
