Skipping the compare

If we know the target is empty, is there a way to skip the compare process and have the API generate the various INSERT statements to take the data from the source to the target?

If this is possible, how could this be done via the API?

I see the clone function under the ComparisonSession class, but find almost zero documentation on its function. Will this copy the data from source to target with the assumption that the target is empty?

Is there any copy samples available using the clone function?
