Call SQL Script from Migration

Hi,
We are attempting to move from a dbproj in source control to using SQL Source Control. We have run into an issue we need guidance with.
In our processes we generate hundreds of stored procedures that need to end up in our database. Currently, in the dbproj we use a post deployment script to call the generated .sql scripts to add the SPs to the db.
How can we have that type of thing happen from SQL Source Control so that each time we make changes to the generated files they can be checked in and have those automatically executed?
Thanks,
