SQL Comparison SDK v10.7 download link?

Hi,
The following forum topic contains information about the release of the SQL Comparison SDK v10.5:

It also contains a download link.
I noticed that when installing the full SQL Toolbelt it also contains the SQL Comparison SDK, but that is version 10.7.
Now I have two questions:
1. What is the difference between the 10.7 and the 10.5 version of the SDK? Is there a list of changes?
2. Is there a separate download link for just the Comparison SDK 10.7, instead of the full SQL Toolbelt?
