Saving deployment script to a file directly?

I am a brand new user of SQL Data Compare 11
I am doing a comparison of about 35 tables with anywhere from 2M rows to 10 rows difference between two SQL Server 2008 R2 databases.
I want to generate a deployment script, but whenever I do so SQL Management Studio crashes.
We are stuck using SQL Management Studio 2008 R2 and cannot upgrade at this time due to corporate policies.
Is there a way to generate deployment scripts and save them to disk directly rather than having to go to SQL Management Studio?
I did not see this option
thanks in advance!

  • You should see the option to save scripts locally in the dialog window immediately after selecting "Deploy changes". Also, on the same window you do get the option of selecting SQL Data Compare to run the script so that might help as well.
