Failed to parse file error

Hi all.

I'm trying to do a demo of sql source control 3 but after syncing the database to the svn, extracting the contents to a temporary folder, and modifying just a file by adding a comment,
I keep get the error below.

I didn't change the file above. I just did a plain svn extraction after having synced the database code there.
I'm working with windows7 and my SVN client is Tortoise SVN


Any ideas how to sort this out ?
