Hello --
I've been trying to install SQL Compare 10.7 (and other versions as well) for some time on 64 bit Windows 7. I keep getting "Installation Failed" with details "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process".
I've killed every other process I can find that is not essential to just run the OS and still cannot install. Don't see any other posting of this problem in the forums yet.
