Timeout errors when getting error reports

I have had this issue before, and apparently many reports were present on your server (despite me deleing them all in the desktop app).

Can you help, please.

    I believe we worked on this issue via a ticket (#29666)?

    If that was not you though, please send us an email at [email protected] with your serial key included and we will delete the reports from our server.
