Command line switch - Scripting only new or deleted rows

Hi,
Before I upgraded to SQL Data Compare 10 I used the command line switches /i and /d to script only new or deleted rows.
In the new version those switches do not exist anymore.
How can I script only new and deleted rows? That is only INSERTs and DELETEs and NO UPDATEs?
