Tables to be compared in a project

Hi There,
We have list of around 250+ configuration tables for our application and 500 other runtime tables. Hand Picking these 250+ tables every time we change the source and target connection is pretty painful. Can we have a regular expression search in the find table text box that we have in table configuration section?

Also, can the tool not lose the tables that were previously selected in the project, when I change the source and destination schemas?

This is an excellent suggestion. I'll check if there is an existing feature request and if not, create one for you.
