Is SQL Comparison Change tracking compatible?

I Have enabled change tracking on some of my SQL 2008 tables, however when I try to update the schema using the SL comparison SDK, I get an error that the primary key cannot be dropped whilst Change Tracking is enabled.

Does this mean the SQL Comparison cannot be used if change tracking is enabled?

    Currently SQL Compare does not support table change tracking. We looked at adding it for 7.0, but doing so introduced several complications with our dependency code that would require a lot of work to fix. It is currently in our bug tracking system to be implemented for the next version after 7.1.
