Hello Ivan,
Can you please enable logging for Profiler and send the log file? This will tell us more about why the transfer of data had failed.
To enable logging, create a folder called c:\ProfilerLogs, then create a blank text file by starting notepad (Start->Run->notepad) and saving the blank file as ProfilerLog.txt in c:\ProfilerLogs. If the folder and file exist, ANTS Profiler will log all of the communication between the core and the UI to separate text files that are named after the PID of the process being profiled.
You can send this to support (AT) red-gate.com and we'll have a look to see what had probably happened.
