Saving Filtering Environment

Does anyone know of a way to save the filtering settings? I want to do comparisons but only see objects that are different and I don't want the User or User Groups to be presented.
I know that I can set these but I want to preserve my settings so that next time I bring up the application, they are set to my previous session values.
TIA

SQL Compare saves the object selections and the database connection properties in the registry and also in SQL Compare project (scp) files. Unfortuantely, the filter settings are not saved. We'll look into this for a future version.
