Is it possible to synchronize only one way?

Hello,
You can get SQL Compare to migrate all of the missing objects. If you de-select all objects, then change the filter settings so that only the database objects that exist solely in the source database (only the obects with a red arrow next to them are showing), then click the 'select all' toolbar button, only the missing objects will be scripted when you click on Synchronize.
