How 2 exclude Encrypted Objects question

I have a SQL 2005 vendor database with a large number of encrypted stored procedures. Is there a way to exclude these from comparisons. If not, could that be made into an "Ignore" option?

There isn't currently a way to exclude just encrypted objects from your comparison, I'm afraid. We're working on a way to resolve the issue, and I've added this forum post to the feature request for an ignore option.
