There isn't any way to run a macro in Packager. I'd probably either edit the SQL Packager template in Visual Studio and add the SQL commands that you need to the PackageExecutor class before running the 'batches' of SQL, which would add the commands to each package you produce automatically. The second method would be to leave the Packager Code Template alone and save the Package as a Visual Studio project. Then you can edit the Visual Studio project and insert any SQL that you want to run, giving you the option to change each project individually.
The Packager code template can be found at c:\program files\red gate sql bundle\sql packager code templates.
