This is a major upgrade. The main new feature for the SQL Comparison SDK 7.0 is:

Support for SQL Server 2008

The SQL Comparison SDK 7.0 supports SQL Server 2008. This support is based on the SQL Server 2008 release candidate currently available. SQL Server 2008 introduces new data types (spatial data types, temporal data types, and hierarchy data type), sparse columns, filtered indexes and so forth, all of which are supported by the SQL Comparison SDK 7.0.

This is a major update, and the API has changed slightly. Changes include new dependent libraries, such as RedGate.Shared.SQL and RedGate.Shared.Utils that replace RedGate.SQL.Shared, as well as refined method signatures to support stronger typing.
