We are pleased to announce the release of SQL Doc 1.3. Please use the check for updates function from your existing installation or alternatively you can get it from
http://www.red-gate.com/products/sql_doc/
This is a significant release and a recommended upgrade for all current SQL Doc users. This release includes support for SQL Server 2008.
Changes:
Support for SQL Server 2008
Documentation produced includes new SQL Server 2008 objects and data types
Improved CHM support
Fixed wrapping issues with extending properties.

We've just released version 1.2 of SQL Doc. You can download it from:

The following issues were addressed
URLs in generated HTML now have forward rather than backslashes
All images in the generated HTML have the correct casing
Intermediate files generated for CHMs are deleted
Removed unnecessary files in CHMs
Dates with accents are now properly escaped in generated HTML
Descriptions now support new lines and spaces
Empty Descriptions now remove the extended property
Numerous other fixes
Known issues
Compiling CHM files with Unicode or .h in "Save documentation to:" folder can cause the Microsoft Help compiler problems. If this happens please change the folder location.

Vista support
Improved support for Description texts (all objects now supported and increased text length)

Improved SQL Code highlighting
Numerous other fixes
Known issues
Compiling CHM files with Unicode or .h in "Save documentation to:" folder can cause the Microsoft Help compiler problems. If this happens please change the folder location.
