NULL textptr passed to UPDATETEXT function Error

Hello,
When I try to synchronize these 2 databases w/ data compare i get this error : NULL textptr passed to UPDATETEXT function. I have read the support page on this error (seen here http://www.red-gate.com/supportcenter/C ... 000031.htm) and your proposed solution doesn't apply. It is trying to sync data that is in the "middle," so to speak, as in it is in both databases. so the data is neither all on the left nor all on the right. Also, both databases have data. Any help solving this would be appreciated.
