Selectively ignore constraint and index names?

Is there any way to select which kinds of constraint and index names to ignore? I want to ignore default constraint names, but I care about index and key names, and check constraint names. The default constraint names are system-generated, and thus always different.

There isn't currently a method to do this. I've added this forum post to the appropriate feature request, but I wouldn't expect to see any improvements in this area until after v7.0 as we're not currently adding more features to this next version.
