Hello,
I'm no expert on Citrix, but I can tell you where SQL Compare needs to write registry keys. One location is in HKLM\Software\Red Gate, and the other is HKCU\Software\Red Gate. Which one of those locations is missing SQL Compare registry keys on her machine?
