Package SQL Summary when using command line?

Hi,
I'm using SQLPackager through the command line. It all appears to be working fine except I don't get a package SQL summary in the PackageProperties.resx. The resx file is missing the section PACKAGE_SQL_SUMMARY.
Am I missing a flag on the command line to produce this?

This appears to be a bug in the Packager command line. We are in the process of getting this fixed.
