Consistent brackets around derived tables / CTEs?

In Prompt 3.8 RC -- and in earlier versions, too -- I can't get Prompt to be consistent with brackets around derived table names and CTE names. I want brackets at all times. I'm having to manually put them in a lot. Would appreciate this being consistent. Thanks!
