Can't open results

When I try to open the results a get an error "Unable to open profiler results file: Please see the event log for more detail",in the event viewer in application log I found an error "Unable to open results file - exception details Specified cast is not valid".

    Hi,

    Sorry, I don't know why this would happen, unless possibly the results file came from a different version of ANTS Profiler. You could email the file to support@red-gate.com if you want; we could have a look at it.
  • I am having the same exact error, and can provide a result file (17mb) as well. Our profile was run on a .NET Winforms desktop application under 64-bit Vista, using the "fast" option. Our application links to the Ants API and calls TakeSnapshot() every half hour or so. This result file I think has about 3 snapshots in it.
