Partial Cluster Install??

I just updated from SQL Backup 5.2 to 5.3. When installing on our 4 node Cluster, I selected the option to update all nodes, and provided the Cluster Admin username and password.
Everything in the GUI said that it was completed successfully. When I went out to look at the Program Files directory, it only appears that the executables for the Active Instance were updated on each node.
Since the GUI sees the files as updated, I can't restart the install from there. I could copy the setup file to each node and run it from there, but the database updates have already ran, so I don't know what it will do.
Can I just copy the files from one instance to the rest of them? Or do I need to do something special with the server setup program?
