Options

No objects created in new database

Run SQL Packager to create a database. Runs with no errors, generates .NET exe. Open SQLPackage.exe and run, creates database but tables and stored procedures are not created.

Databases has over 1000 tables and about 4000 sp's and is around 120MB.
SqlPackage.exe is just over 6MB
SQL Packager Version = 5.4.0.89
SQL Version = 9.00.1406.00

I'm new with the tool so it could be the obvious but have looked at the options and not seeing any settings that might affect this issue.
