Unable to Activate Product

You can try sending the activation request to support@red-gate.com and I will manually activate the software for you.

It sounds like this will more than likely fail, though, because your email server seems to be having communication failures with ours. Can you post a copy of the failed email notification message so we can try to find the cause of the failure?
