SQLCompare 'ComparisonUI' Bug

Hi Matthew,
This is caused by an improper VSFlex grid control registration. Open a
command line and type 'Regsvr32 VSFlex7L.OCX'. That should take care of it.
We've also updated the FAQ on the website because this seems to come up a
lot. I think perhaps we'll have a look at the MSI (Installer) package to see
why this happens so often.
