instaltion error sql backup 5.2 - failed to download wdsetup

When installing sql backup 5.2 I am recieveing the following error - "faied to download wdsetupm.inf.

The server does not have internet access.

Any ideas?

    SQL Backup requires MDAC 2.8. If it's not installed, the installer will inform you on the 'Preparing installation' page that it's going to be installed.

    There is a tick box at the bottom 'Do not install or upgrade MDAC on this computer'. If you don't check this tick box it will attempt to download and install the appropriate files and if you have no internet connection, this isn't possible, hence the details of the error you received.

    SQL Backup has been tested with MDAC 2.8 or later, if you have an eariler version of MDAC, you could install SQL Backup anyway however we can't guarentee it will work.
