DTS 1 - General repository error : 80041035

When registering two servers with DTS Comapre, you may receive the following error message:
General repository error : 80041035
This indicates that the login that you are using does not have the proper access to the msdb database that you need to register DTS Packages on the server. In addition to giving the login access to the msdb database as a minimum of a PUBLIC role, you will need to make sure that the SQL security account has execute rights to msdb's sp_get_dtspackage stored procedure as well as SELECT rights to the RTblSites table.
