Hi Frieda,
You can change the SQL batches that the Packager produces if you save the package as a C# project. You would also need to remember to amend resources like the batch count if you add or remove any SQL batches.
We are thinking about letting the user edit the SQL scripts when they're shown in the Packager during the creation of the package in a future version due to demand for that feature.
