A Control in SQL 2005 Maintenance Plan

I would like to have a control for SQL Backup inside my Integration Services / Maintenance Plans for my SQL 2005. That would enable me to create my custom way of backing up a database with compression from SQL Backup and the ease of Maintenance Plans of SQL 2005.[/b]
