Problem with synchronization

Hi Guys,,,,,

I'm using my trial version SQL DATA Compare and so i have a question about something...

I have 2 DBs SQL SERVER 2000 and i have 1 table on the first and 1 table on the second !, and each one have their own data with same base. My question is how to make these 2 tables are same, identical with dropping rows
