Performance counter issue

Hi Shawn,

Have you tried all of the actions to grant your account permissions to
monitor performance? They are in a Microsoft Knowlegde Base article:

Please let us know if that works.

    Hi Krishna,

    I believe that the performance counters are accessed in the context of
    the user who is running the test.
