I think the /synchronize (alias: /sync) switches are what you are looking for.

Is there a way to get a list of the command line switches? I didn't see them in the help file.

For a complete listing you can use the /help /verbose command.

This should also be detailed in the Command Lineinterface > Comparing and Synchronizing Schema Using the Command Line Interface section of the help file.
