Is there a way to compress the existing .BAK and .LOG files to SQB using the SQL Backup?

I am looking for a solution to compress my existing .BAK files to SQB format.

There is an excellent utility came with the SQL Backup (sqb2mft.exe) but I want the other way like something mft2sqb.exe for my LOG and .BAK files.

Please help.

Gladiatr.

No, there isn't a way to convert native SQL Server backup files to SQL Backup compressed files, as we do not have details of the internal structure of the native backup files.
